The role focuses on protecting the company's people, products, and data through the implementation of security controls and monitoring. Key duties include managing vulnerability remediation, incident response, and ensuring compliance with the ISMS and ISO 27001.
Act as the first point of contact for merchants to troubleshoot issues and provide guidance on product best practices. Collaborate with Customer Success, Engineering, and Product teams to resolve technical problems and improve support processes.
The role involves troubleshooting and resolving technical customer issues related to product setup and configuration. Additionally, the specialist will create help documentation and escalate bugs to the engineering team with clear reproduction steps.
