Lead and develop a team of 6-8 account managers to provide high-quality service to enterprise and strategic accounts. Drive operational efficiency through the implementation of scalable workflows and the management of key performance metrics.

You will design, build, and ship full-stack features end-to-end while leveraging AI-native workflows to accelerate development. Additionally, you will mentor team members, influence technical direction, and maintain high standards for system reliability and observability.
