Lead the strategy, execution, and growth of the Career Bootcamp to help professionals transition into high-impact roles. This includes scaling the product, refining marketing channels, and managing a team of contractors and advisors.

Coordinate and execute large-scale conferences and community-organized events, managing everything from admissions and content programming to onsite logistics. Support the AI safety and governance ecosystems through high-trust convenings and strategic updates.

The Head of the EA Infrastructure Fund will lead strategic grantmaking, oversee the Community Building Grants program, and drive fundraising efforts. They will also contribute to the broader strategic direction of EA Funds and manage a growing team.

The Content Lead will be responsible for building and leading the content function from scratch, including creating the playbook, hiring specialists, and establishing scaling systems. Ongoing responsibilities involve owning content strategy across major campaigns and always-on channels, partnering with program teams, and setting success metrics.
