The Senior Finance Manager provides financial leadership for government service contracts, overseeing FP&A, accounting, and program finance activities. They partner with operational leadership to drive profitability, manage financial risk, and ensure compliance with contract terms and internal controls.

The coordinator manages project documentation, submittals, and PMIS tools to support project management teams. They ensure all project records are accurate, compliant, and accessible throughout the project lifecycle.

Acts as the primary operational link between CBJJ and the BSO to ensure accurate and compliant AP/AR processing. Manages month-end close tasks, monitors offshore team performance, and supports the migration from JAMIS to Deltek Costpoint.

The Business Process Analyst is responsible for documenting, standardizing, and improving workflows across Finance, Accounting, Operations, Contracts, and Procurement. This includes creating SOPs and process maps while ensuring compliance with GovCon regulatory requirements.
