The Tribal Health Lead is responsible for growing CareMessage's presence and revenue within the Tribal Health market through strategic partnerships and business development. This includes managing the full sales cycle, developing market-specific GTM strategies, and translating technical capabilities into value for mission-driven health organizations.

You will build and maintain backend messaging systems using Ruby on Rails, including SMS/voice delivery pipelines and consent management workflows. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features that deepen patient engagement and improve health outcomes.

The Director of Customer Experience is responsible for overseeing the quality and effectiveness of the CareMessage experience across customers and partners. This includes managing customer-facing functions, ensuring successful onboarding and engagement, and driving scalable customer experience operations.

The Senior Product Manager will own the vision, strategy, and objectives for the Clinical Data and Interoperability product verticals, iterating on data approaches to improve Health Equity. Responsibilities include drafting clear product requirement documents, managing the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, and prioritizing user needs based on stakeholder meetings.

The engineer will deliver scoped integration work connecting external systems to the platform using API-to-API methods, direct database connections, and FHIR/HL7 workflows. This involves collaborating cross-functionally with Product and Customer Success to understand requirements and designing, building, and maintaining these integrations, including participation in on-call duties.
