Build and scale a modern QA program from scratch, covering in-house teams, BPO partners, and AI-generated interactions. The role focuses on moving QA from simple ticket grading to predicting CX issues and driving continuous operational improvement.

Lead and optimize end-to-end paid search strategies across Google, YouTube, and DemandGen to drive revenue growth. Manage product feeds, budget allocation, and advanced reporting frameworks to achieve ROAS and CAC goals.

Manage day-to-day ambassador communications, campaign timelines, and content approvals. Track program performance through weekly snapshots and monthly reports while overseeing budget pacing and gifting logistics.
