You will manage enterprise support, incident communication, and facility onboarding while building out internal IT and security operations. Over time, you will evolve these processes and lead a team to support the company's healthcare software infrastructure.
The Account Executive will lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing while collaborating with leadership to refine the Go-To-Market strategy. They will also act as a key feedback loop to the product team to help prioritize the roadmap based on market needs.
You will own the strategy and execution of demand generation efforts to build a scalable sales pipeline. This includes managing digital advertising, optimizing marketing automation, and partnering with sales to ensure revenue goal alignment.
