The role involves analyzing compensation programs and market data to develop competitive pay practices and incentive plans. The analyst will partner with HR, Finance, and Legal leaders to provide data-driven strategies and manage compensation system administration.
Serve as a technical resource for qualified retirement plan compliance, interpreting ERISA and Department of Labor regulations for colleagues and clients. Partner with audit and compliance teams to manage risk, review plan amendments, and handle regulatory filings.
Lead the design and governance of competitive, performance-driven compensation programs aligned with business strategy and risk management. Oversee core, incentive, and equity programs while advising senior leadership on organizational design and pay positioning.
