Responsible for the timely submission and follow-up of institutional and individual provider credentialing and contracting with health insurance payors. Maintains confidential provider records and coordinates with physicians, payors, and internal billing and scheduling departments.

The Clinical Field Team Manager supports clinical field team members through performance management, consistent feedback, and initial and ongoing training. They collaborate with Clinical Support Managers to ensure customer needs are met through efficient, customer-focused care.
