The Vice President of Design will define the end-to-end design strategy for an AI-native platform, leading the user experience, product design, and research functions. They will partner with Product, Engineering, and Data leadership to build intuitive workflows for complex enterprise and government systems.
Design and build robust LLMOps infrastructure to support the development, evaluation, and deployment of production language models. Manage the full model lifecycle, including dataset pipelines, distributed training, model serving, and production observability.
Design, build, and improve production agentic AI systems to solve complex real-world problems. Develop infrastructure for model inference, agent execution, and automated evaluation frameworks.
You will identify vulnerabilities in agentic AI systems and develop robust security architectures, automated evaluations, and engineering primitives. The role involves building secure execution environments and hardening infrastructure to support the safe deployment of AI agents in adversarial settings.
Lead a team of Forward Deployed Engineers through the full software development lifecycle to deliver AI-enabled applications for government customers. Oversee Agile ceremonies, establish coding standards, and translate business requirements into scalable technical specifications.
Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI solutions and agentic frameworks to solve complex defense acquisition challenges. Work directly with government clients to translate vague needs into concrete technical requirements and production-grade AI workflows.
