The Proposal Coordinator manages the development of proposals by ensuring accuracy, organization, and timely submission. They also assist in creating proposal templates, maintaining compliance matrices, and coordinating with subject matter experts to streamline the proposal process.

This role leads engagement with federal, state, and local government entities by developing and executing government affairs strategies, monitoring legislative developments, and advocating for organizational priorities. Key duties include building relationships with policymakers, creating policy positions, overseeing advocacy materials, and managing the organization's Political Action Committee (PAC).
