Own the vision, roadmap, architecture decisions, backlog, and lifecycle for a portfolio of early childhood and public-sector products, turning promising solutions into scalable offerings. Partner with customers, sales, implementation, technical teams, and vendors to validate needs, deliver responsible AI-enabled capabilities, support commercialization, and measure product outcomes.
Manage and grow the HELP customer base by retaining and expanding accounts, migrating print customers to HELP Connect, and increasing adoption of training and certification offerings. Develop new business, manage the sales pipeline and revenue forecasts, collaborate across product, marketing, and learning teams, and help build the sales organization as the business scales.
The Founding Executive Director will lead the organization's strategic framework, fundraising efforts, and grantmaking initiatives. They will also manage board relations, internal infrastructure, and represent the foundation to external stakeholders.
