Role Overview
  • Great campaigns don’t just need big ideas. They need clean data, sharp execution, and someone who knows exactly where every detail belongs.
  • As our US Marketing Data Operations Analyst, you’ll work at the intersection of marketing, data, and operations, supporting a US-based client with print advertising campaigns from planning through deployment.
  • This is a data-heavy marketing operations role. You’ll work extensively with Excel, large datasets, mailing and campaign files, marketing databases, vendors, project timelines, and reporting.
  • One day, you could be cleaning and validating campaign data. The next, you might be preparing mailing files, coordinating vendor deliverables, tracking campaign deadlines, or producing reports stakeholders can actually use.
  • And if print advertising is new territory? That’s okay. You don’t need previous print advertising experience to succeed in this role. What matters most is strong Excel and data skills, attention to detail, and the ability to own the operational work behind successful campaigns.
  • This is an 8-week work-from-home contract with the possibility of extension, offering an opportunity to apply your skills while gaining hands-on experience supporting US marketing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate print advertising campaigns from planning through deployment.
  • Build and maintain campaign project plans, schedules, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Work with large datasets, mailing lists, campaign data, and marketing databases.
  • Review incoming first-party and third-party data for accuracy, completeness, quality, and quantity.
  • Use Excel to format, clean, append, validate, reconcile, and organize campaign data.
  • Prepare mailing and campaign files and confirm they meet requirements before deployment.
  • Coordinate campaign deliverables with printers, paper suppliers, data vendors, and other external partners.
  • Track vendor requirements, timelines, quality expectations, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Gather and support the evaluation of vendor proposals.
  • Submit required campaign data and documentation to vendors and validate processed files.
  • Maintain accurate marketing databases and keep campaign data current.
  • Organize final campaign files, invoices, cost records, and supporting documentation.
  • Manage internal requests for marketing data and clarify requirements with stakeholders.
  • Prepare accurate regular and ad-hoc campaign reports.
  • Maintain documentation and repeatable processes for recurring campaigns and data requests.
  • Support improvements to database, campaign, and automated reporting processes.

  • Experience reviewing incoming data and identifying missing, inaccurate, incomplete, or questionable information.
  • Experience coordinating projects, deliverables, timelines, vendors, and/or multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain organized files, documentation, processes, and reporting.
  • Comfortable working independently, clarifying requirements, solving problems, and taking ownership of tasks through completion.
