Job Title: Talent Acquisition Partner

Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Partner will work as part of the global recruiting team and own end-to-end recruiting activities for designated business units(s) The incumbent will be responsible for forecasting headcount needs and keeping their talent segments at budget with top caliber talent. Other responsibilities involve documenting and tracking all candidate activities in the applicant tracking system. This position will also work closely with the HR Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partners with Business Unit Leadership and HR Business Partner to understand strategic business objectives for hiring and in order to develop strategies that will meet current and future staffing needs.
• Responsible for the creation and execution of leading edge sourcing strategies.
• Follows established service levels to maintain exceptional client service, meet the needs of the business
• Create best in class candidate experience.
• Established in the market and talent segments with a track record of attending local events and community based networking events.
• Responsible for the continuous improvement of cost effective recruiting/sourcing methods and knowledge using latest sourcing and recruiting methods/technologies while improving organization attractiveness by keeping abreast of industry trends, compensation packages and practices.
• Strong presence on Linkedin and various other resources.
• Manages the interview process with candidates and Leaders in accordance with Company guidelines in addition to negotiating salaries and presenting competitive job offers to candidates.
• Develops recruiting strategies by partnering with hiring teams, understanding short and long term hiring goals and maintaining industry knowledge in order to meet business needs/objectives for assigned organizations.
• Works with our sourcing team to develop a significant passive candidate database. Individual is proactive and well immersed in the technical talent area and lends expertise to the sourcing function.
• Maintains business relationships with hiring managers through continuous written and oral communication to inform managers about candidates in the pipeline and identify hiring needs that are forecasted.
• Responsible for identifying candidates and qualifying those candidates via phone screens and in-person interviews. • Excellent relationship with HR Business Partner. Works with this partner closely so they are tapped into all current events in the business unit.
• Assist with building viable and sustainable relationships with established Third Party Recruiters and managing when a position would move out to an agency.
• Senior TAP stays under 60,000 in agency fees per year. There can be exceptions when the business elects to utilize an executive or specialized firm. Talent Manager must sign off for these searches to not count in the cost of recruitment activity.
• Demonstrates work at a senior level driving one to two larger initiatives per year. Business views this person as a very good resource for their business. Has a seat at the table.
• Participates in quarterly HR projects.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in work experience
• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in direct search experience sourcing and recruiting highly passive candidates, or candidates with specific niche technologies required. 5+ years experience in Cloud Services driving local recruiting.
• Proven experience recruiting technical talent in the area of cloud development with a preference in call center, networking, product management and/or project management disciplines, at all levels is preferred.
• Proven experience educating, supporting and influencing hiring managers regarding best practices in the recruiting process, interviewing and the selection. Results are to enhance the candidate experience, hire the most qualified candidate and reduce time to fill rate.
• Works with University Recruiting Team to build a strong pipeline of technical talent. Partner with schools in the appropriate geographic area to hire the very best and assist the University Team with their work in other locations.
• Proven ability in exercising judgment through use of market trends and workforce supply demand information in their recruiting strategy to locate and source high quality candidates. Must also use this knowledge to better qualify candidates to hiring teams.
• Solid experience using prior ATS systems, complying with EEO processes and maintain complete candidate tracking information
• Must have strong experience in providing consistent communication and messages to candidates and hiring managers regarding our process, company updates, products, and culture.
• Expert knowledge of using networking, social media and technology to attract passive top talent
• Ability to work independently, manage confidential data and be resourceful.
• Business views this Senior Tech TAP as a strong resource on the talent team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Compensation:

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.
