Tatari is looking for a part-time (20 hours weekly) People Operations Coordinator to join the People Operations (POPs) team. In this position, you will work closely with the USA POPs team to ensure that tasks and projects are executed to the same standards across the globe, and be the champion and voice for our global population. Some days that means making sure a new hire’s laptop actually arrives, and other days it’s untangling a benefits question or planning a virtual team event people genuinely want to attend. You make everyone at Tatari feel like one company, no matter what time zone you’re in.

Responsibilities: 

• Serves as the liaison between USA POPs team and our team in Ukraine and Europe (~25 people)
• Manage the full lifecycle of the European team and ensure that our practices are compliant and up-to-date with current regulation. This includes, but not limited to, helping with onboarding and offboarding, ensuring that payroll and expense management are completed on time, triaging benefit issues, data and record keeping are correct and updated, hardware management, etc.
• Drive company culture, including planning and executing remote team building events, holding regular 1:1s to develop strong relationships with each person, etc.
• Support minimum recruiting tasks, including scheduling interviews, conducting preliminary interviews for open roles on the European team, etc.
• Be part of the broader POPs team and help with ad hoc projects, such as planning large company events, translating documentation for the internal website, etc.

Qualifications: 

• This is a part-time position and requires working hours of 4-8pm Kyiv time on business days
• 1+ year in HR, People Operations, or an administrative role
• Fluency in Ukrainian (spoken and written) and B1/B2 English or higher
• Good judgement and discretion – you’ll handle sensitive information and people need to trust you with it.
• Comfortable working independently across time zones and knowing when to escalate
• Bonus: hands on experience with Rippling, Remote (EOR), Workday, Expensify, and Greenhouse.
