Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Taleo, Workday Recruit) / REMOTE WORK

Our client, a world-leading Pharmaceutical Company in Tampa, FL is currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join their expanding team.

Position Details:

• Job Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Taleo, Workday Recruit) / REMOTE WORK
• Duration: 12 months contract, extendable up to 24 months
• Location: Remote Work
• Client Location: Tampa, FL

• The client has the right-to-hire you as a permanent employee at any time during or after the end of the contract.
• You may participate in the company group medical insurance plan

Job Description:

• Role can be fully remote in EST time zone, MUST be able to attend 6-7 big events/conferences.
• If they can go to 4 of them in a year, that would work with the HM.
• Must have a Bachelor's Degree
• Day to day work remotely would be disposition of candidates, emails to recruiters, entering in a lot of data into spreadsheets
• Must have experience with EXCEL
• Candidate will not be on the phone or sourcing candidates
• Coordinator will be completing daily/weekly tasks that are required
• During the BIG events/conferences, they will help with welcoming people, sending out interview schedules, but be flexible with work hours during the events (meaning could start early or late, and end early or late)
• Should have a welcoming and friendly personality, someone who is eager to get an opportunity to work at the company and can work easily with others
• They currently use Taleo and will be converting into Workday Recruit later this year
• Again, must be flexible with work schedules during events/conferences - could have to work Overtime, flexible with start and end times
