As a Talent Acquisition People Data Automation Specialist SkillBridge Intern, you’ll have the opportunity to tackle real-world challenges and build solutions that help transform how our Talent Acquisition and People teams work. From automating manual processes and improving reporting to building dashboards and connecting data across systems, your work will help our teams move faster, make smarter decisions, and spend less time on repetitive tasks.

You’ll roll up your sleeves and contribute to meaningful, high-impact initiatives while collaborating with teams across Talent Acquisition, HR, People Analytics, HRIS, Operations, and Technology.

What You’ll Do

Turn Manual Work Into Smart Automation

• Design, build, and maintain automated workflows for people and Talent Acquisition data.
• Transform manual, time-consuming reporting processes into scalable and repeatable solutions.
• Build and schedule automated dashboards, reports, metrics, and data feeds.
• Look for opportunities to simplify processes, reduce repetitive work, and improve efficiency.

Connect Systems & Data

• Automate data flows between HR systems, recruiting technology, and analytics platforms.
• Partner with HRIS, Talent Acquisition, People & Culture, and Technology teams to improve system integrations and data architecture.
• Support system enhancements, upgrades, and implementations with a focus on automation and data.

Bring Data to Life

• Build automated dashboards and standardized datasets that make information easier to access and understand.
• Help teams get the right information at the right time without relying on manual reporting.
• Ensure people and recruiting data is accurate, consistent, and timely.
• Document workflows, automation logic, and data definitions so solutions are easy to understand and maintain.

Make Data Better

• Develop automated checks, audits, and exception reporting to catch data issues.
• Identify data quality problems and help solve them at the source.
• Support strong data privacy, security, and governance practices.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, HR Analytics, or a related field.
• 3–6+ years of experience in data automation, analytics engineering, HR technology, or a related area.
• Hands-on experience building automated workflows or reporting solutions.
• Strong understanding of data, reporting, and process automation.
• Experience working with HR, Talent Acquisition, or people data.
• Experience with tools such as:
• SQL
• Power BI or Tableau
• Advanced Excel
• ETL and workflow automation tools such as Alteryx, Power Automate, Python, or Airflow

Even Better If You Have

• Experience with HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors or ADP.
• Experience supporting People Analytics, Talent Acquisition, or workforce planning teams.
• Exposure to cloud data platforms or data warehouses.
• Understanding of HR data privacy, compliance, and responsible data use.
