The Acoustic DemandTec Senior Technical Consultant performs a key role in driving the health, retention, and growth of Acoustic clients, by providing day-to-day solution expertise and guidance.

What You’ll Do

  • Provides enablement to partners and end customers.
  • Supports paid and unpaid Account Management hours.
  • Provides solution expertise and guidance including identification and mitigation of issues & risks.
  • Leads business process discovery and design, and change management requests Responsible for project management, timelines, deliverables, and status reporting Supplements customer resources with expertise on the configuration and continued use of DemandTec products.
  • Assist and provide input for creating / delivering 'self-help' materials for customer usage.
  • Provides input to QBRs and delivers updates when required.

Requirements

The Essentials

  • Expert knowledge of DemandTec products
  • Able to provide day-to-day solution expertise and guidance.
  • Able to manage customer implementations.
  • Strong communicator with strong orientation toward servicing customers
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Language: English and Spanish
  • Location: UK or Poland

Key Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3-5 years’ experience in Technical Account Management / Technical Consulting
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience in CPG/FMCG/ Retail / Price Management
  • Proven track record of successfully servicing customers and managing ongoing customer relationships
  • Fluent and professional communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation) in English. Additional European languages beneficial
  • Proficiency with Office and CRM software.
  • Experience with Data Science and Database Management applications is a strong plus Readiness to travel 25% annually
