The Role

As we scale our India operation, we are looking for an immediate joiner and ServiceNow Recruiter to function as part of our global Talent Acquisition team, working remotely (in India) and independently to to ensure we deliver on our significant growth plans, In this role the selected Recruiter will nurture trusted relationships with potential hires in/ outside the ServiceNow ecosystem, and recruit permanent, full-time employees across the business and our key departments. Experience delivering talent results across various industries with a primary focus on technology, will enable the Recruiter's success. 

To be successful, the Recruiter will partner with hiring managers, Staffing managers and Human Resources to assess key business drivers, review positions, advertise roles, screen and interview candidates and manage the candidate through our recruitment process. Our goal is to generate a remarkable candidate and manager experience.

What You Will Be Doing 

  • Lead and develop talent networks to support a strong pipeline of talented, qualified candidates
  • Work with hiring managers to create tactical recruiting strategies, reviewing requirements of job openings and advising on the talent market
  • Be a brand ambassador who promotes our company culture, mission & values to candidates and external service providers
  • Recruit experienced ServiceNow resources across various functions - Software Engineer, Business Analyst, Project Manager, etc
  • Pre-screen resumes and evaluate candidate background & skills, documenting every stage of the candidate journey in our ATS (Greenhouse)
  • Negotiate and/or supports hiring manager in developing new hire compensation package/offers

What You Bring Along

  • Proven track record of contributing to global recruitment programs for hyper-growth high-tech company, highly preferred.
  • Proven track record delivering effectively against aggressive milestones and time-to-fill targets with deep sourcing techniques that drive passive candidate hires
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving experience and ability to present analysis in a clear and compelling manner
  • Broad-base TA experience across all business disciplines and functions, with prior demonstrated successful experience, with ServiceNow experience strongly preferred.
