How You Will Make an Impact

Frida is looking for a Senior Sales Manager, Walmart to join our Sales Team and help drive the growth and execution of the Walmart business. This role will partner closely with the Senior Director of Sales to manage the day-to-day Walmart business, identify opportunities for growth, and ensure strong execution across assortment, launches, promotions, inventory, digital, and in-store initiatives.

The ideal candidate brings strong Walmart experience, understands how to navigate Walmart’s systems and ways of working, and can translate retailer data and insights into actionable recommendations. This person will be highly analytical, detail-oriented, commercially minded, and comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities to include:

• Partner with the Senior Director of Sales to manage and grow the Walmart business, supporting day-to-day account strategy and execution
• Develop Walmart-specific reporting and deliver actionable insights related to sales, share, competition, inventory, assortment, and retailer P&L
• Leverage Walmart tools and data, including Retail Link and Scintilla, to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
• Manage the Walmart item pipeline, ensuring new items, distribution expansions, modular changes, swaps, and deletions are communicated across Sales, Planning, Marketing, and Operations
• Partner closely with Operations and Planning on Walmart inventory, replenishment, forecasts, ship dates, pricing changes, and other account needs
• Own Walmart new item setup and execution, ensuring all requirements are completed for successful omnichannel launches
• Support Walmart modular planning and execution, including assortment changes, new item launches, and resets
• Partner with the Digital Team to ensure Walmart.com PDPs are accurate, optimized, and up to date while monitoring the competitive landscape
• Lead Walmart ISM and display planning and execution, coordinating across Walmart, external vendors, and internal Design and Marketing teams
• Support annual Walmart planning and negotiation processes, including assortment, promotional, and growth initiatives
• Partner with Sales leadership to develop weekly executive-level Walmart business recaps, highlighting performance, opportunities, risks, and key actions
• Build strong cross-functional relationships to ensure Walmart priorities are executed effectively across the organization

What You Will Need

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
• 4+ years of sales or account management experience within CPG, with direct Walmart experience
• Strong understanding of the Walmart business, including assortment, modulars, item setup, promotions, inventory, and omnichannel execution
• Experience with Walmart Retail Link and Scintilla; familiarity with Walmart item setup and related systems preferred
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate retailer and syndicated data into actionable business recommendations
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with Sales Planning, Demand Planning, Operations, Marketing, and Digital teams
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where requirements and priorities frequently change
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
