We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive to join us and make a significant impact in the financial landscape for clients.

The Senior Sales Executive is crucial to CTA's success, engaging prospective clients, building trust-based relationships, and informing C-Suite executives about tax incentives. Using a consultative sales approach, they drive new business for CTA. This role demands determination, professionalism, and creativity to navigate lengthy sales cycles, win new business and achieve key business objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the client base.
  • Identify, qualify, and engage with potential high-value clients, primarily C-level executives.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through effective communication and strategic relationship management.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and client support, to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that address client needs and demonstrates the value of CTA's solutions.
  • Negotiate contract terms and close sales agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the client and CTA.
  • Track and formally report monthly and quarterly on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Accounting or related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in strategic sales, specifically in selling to C-level executives.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to understand and address the strategic needs of clients.
  • Ability to travel up to 30 to 35% of the time for client meetings, industry events, and conferences.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage and track sales activities.
