Location:  Remote, CO
Job Type: Regular Full-Time

What’s the Opportunity?
Anchor QEA is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Strategy and Growth that will serve as an execution partner to the Chief Strategy Officer, translating strategic priorities into well-designed programs, clear workplans, and measurable results. This role is responsible for moving high-priority initiatives from concept through development, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.

Initial areas of focus may include implementation of the company’s CRM, launch of the Client Insights Feedback Program, program management of business development training, development of a business development market research capability, and other strategic growth initiatives. The Senior Program Manager will establish structure, coordinate cross-functional contributors, prepare executive-level materials, and ensure that new programs become sustainable parts of how the company operates and existing programs are refined or relaunched to better meet the needs of the company and its people and clients.

Working closely with the CSO, Market Sector Leaders, Internal Communications, Client Experience, and other business leaders, this person will manage implementation while functional leaders retain ownership of business strategy and subject-matter decisions. The role requires someone who can operate independently, bring order to complex initiatives, and maintain momentum across multiple priorities without relying on formal authority.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the day-to-day program and execution partner to the Chief Strategy Officer, converting strategic priorities into actionable plans, milestones, responsibilities, and measures of success.
  • Manage a portfolio of Strategy & Growth initiatives, maintaining an integrated roadmap and proactively identifying decisions, dependencies, risks, and resource needs.
  • Program-manage the design, launch, adoption, and continued improvement of the company’s CRM in partnership with Client Experience, Information Technology, Market Sector Leaders, and other users.
  • Coordinate CRM requirements, workflows, data standards, user testing, training, communications, reporting, and adoption efforts to ensure that the system supports business development and growth.
  • Support the development and launch of the Client Insights and Feedback Program, including program processes, interview and survey tools, participant coordination, data capture, reporting, action tracking, and follow-through.
  • Translate client feedback into clear themes, recommendations, and assigned actions that strengthen client relationships, service delivery, strategic planning, and business development.
  • Develop a consistent business development market research capability that provides leaders with timely insights regarding priority markets, clients, competitors, funding, industry activity, and emerging opportunities.
  • Prepare market assessments, client profiles, competitive intelligence, opportunity briefs, and executive presentations that support informed growth decisions.
  • Establish dashboards and reporting processes to measure program participation, adoption, progress, outcomes, and return on investment.
  • Plan and facilitate working sessions, leadership discussions, and program meetings; document decisions and ensure that commitments are completed.
  • Develop program communications, tools, guidance, and training that make new processes practical and accessible for employees across the company.
  • Manage external vendors and consultants supporting Strategy & Growth initiatives, as appropriate.
  • Lead additional strategic projects and special initiatives at the direction of the Chief Strategy Officer.

What Are We Looking For?
Ideal candidates will have the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, environmental studies, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of progressively responsible experience in strategy, business development, marketing, program management, or related roles.
  • Experience within an architecture, engineering, environmental, construction, design, or other professional-services organization strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and launching a CRM or other companywide business system, including process design, stakeholder coordination, training, and adoption.
  • Experience developing client journeys, client relationship programs, or other client-centered growth initiatives.
  • Proven ability to design and implement cross-functional programs from initial concept through sustained operation.
  • Strong project and program management skills, including the ability to manage multiple initiatives, stakeholders, deadlines, and dependencies simultaneously.
  • Experience establishing and monitoring business development, marketing, client, or program performance indicators.
  • Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear findings and recommendations.
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, facilitation, and executive communication skills.
  • Experience developing and delivering training, communications, and change-management activities.
  • Demonstrated ability to build alignment, influence decisions, and hold workstreams accountable without direct reporting authority.
  • Sound judgment, discretion, initiative, and comfort operating in a fast-moving environment with evolving priorities.
  • Strategic Execution: Converts broad priorities into practical, organized programs that produce measurable outcomes.
  • Program Leadership: Creates structure, maintains momentum, resolves obstacles, and ensures that initiatives move from planning to adoption.
  • Cross-Functional Influence: Builds productive relationships and drives accountability across teams without depending on positional authority.
  • Client and Market Insight: Understands how client relationships, market intelligence, business development, and growth strategy connect.
  • Communication and Change Leadership: Makes complex initiatives understandable and helps employees successfully adopt new tools and processes.
  • Executive Judgment: Anticipates needs, identifies issues early, protects confidential information, and represents the Chief Strategy Officer effectively.
