AI Summary

You will define and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans while collaborating with product, sales, and demand generation teams to drive revenue growth. Additionally, you will conduct market research and develop messaging that translates complex product value into clear, compelling stories for key buyer personas.

How You’ll Support Our Mission

ESO is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager who brings strategic leadership, sharp analytical thinking, and a track record of turning complex products into clear, differentiated stories that engage customers and drive revenue growth.

You will gain a deep understanding of our buyers’ needs and pain points, and translate that knowledge into positioning and content that resonates deeply with our audience. You will build go-to-market plans with Product, Sales, and Demand Generation teams, develop messaging grounded in real market and competitive intelligence, and partner with Sales Enablement to help field teams turn insight into pipeline and customer adoption.

Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, this global role will be part of our Marketing team and is based remotely in the Canadian provinces of Ontario or Nova Scotia.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Work cross-functionally to define and develop comprehensive go-to-market plans to ensure alignment across all ESO offerings
  • Work closely with the Product team to understand the strategic direction of our platform and to influence the direction of the roadmap through understanding the market and buyer needs
  • Support and inform new product line entry into the Canadian market by identifying local buyer needs and shaping positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy specific to the region
  • Develop solution positioning and messaging by understanding the market and the challenges key buyer personas face
  • Conduct market research and intelligence including competitor monitoring, win/loss interviews, and message testing to drive relevance and ongoing improvement in messaging and positioning.
  • Identify, develop and/or manage the creation of a variety of content types (written, videos, presentations, etc.) as needed to fuel revenue success
  • Partner with Sales Enablement to inform targeted content, playbooks, and messaging; drive consistency in value articulation across all channels, aligning and informing demand generation programs

Who You Are:

  • 8+ years in B2B product marketing, especially enterprise SaaS software
  • Self-starter; able to determine own path to success, rather than needing extensive direction
  • Ability to operate in a fast-moving, fast-growing, ever-changing environment
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills to drive varied teams to consensus around go-to-market strategies and plans
  • A compelling storyteller able to translate complex value propositions into crisp and simple messaging, especially in written form
  • Strong public speaking skills and experience presenting to small and large audiences
  • Experience conducting market research and extracting insights from intelligence to develop relevant positioning and messaging
  • Strong analytical skills to create datasets, extract insights, and develop actions to drive continuous improvement
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively in a matrixed environment and across multiple time-zones
  • Strong interpersonal skills; a balance of firmness and conviction with diplomacy and a constructive attitude
  • Experience working in Salesforce CRM and Monday.com preferred
