About the role

We are on the lookout for a Senior Product Manager to join our team at CloudTalk. This role will involve enhancing integrations with key strategic partners and working with your team to achieve our goal of over 100 integration partners in the next 2 years. What you will do:

  • Build a deep understanding of your customers through direct and indirect research.
  • Craft a vision and strategy that contributes to our North Star metric and drives measurable progress toward our business goals and customer outcomes
  • Work with teammates in your team, other product teams, and key roles in Product Marketing & Partnerships to iteratively identify, validate and select solutions for each outcome.
  • Translate this work into a compelling, well-researched roadmap for our strategic integrations, and for expansion via new partners, APIs, and automation tools.
  • Complete the day-to-day work that brings these ideas to the user - authoring PRDs, facilitating refinement sessions, aligning stakeholders, and making sure the necessary details are in Jira in priority order.
  • Join an established team of motivated and creative Software and quality Engineers who are well-versed in our current products and technologies.
  • Collaborate with your R&D team to improve we work and drive product-led decision-making in R&D, and at CloudTalk.

What we are looking for: 

  • 4+ years of experience as a product manager for B2B integrations, experience integrating with Salesforce, scaling APIs, and building a partner marketplace from scratch are preferred
  • A track record of successfully expanding a marketplace of best-in-class integrations
  • You have proven experience creating clear, compelling, and well-researched explanations of the business value, risks, and impact of multi-phase initiatives
  • You focus on creating measurable outcomes and using research to inform decisions. You’re maybe even a little data-obsessed
  • You are a flexible communicator and as comfortable in a call with a partner’s engineers as you are in a strategic discussion with their senior management
  • You are a critical thinker hungry to learn
  • You are stress-resilient
