Senior Business Development Refurbished Specialist

Experience changes as opportunities and learn from their mistakes. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; a Master's degree is a plus. 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, strategic sales, or commercial roles with a focus on business development.Experience in onboarding New Sellers to sell in E-commerce, ideally strong experience in the Refurbished space. Experience using Salesforce and proficiency in analyzing and interpreting large data sets. Proficiency in handling large datasets and solid skills in data tools such as BigQuery or similar platforms. Exceptional communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus. Identifying roadblocks and opportunities to leverage the Refurbished program in LATAM, and crafting strong business cases to enable solutions. Develop and execute effective strategies to identify, acquire, and onboard U.S.-based Refurbished sellers and partners looking to expand into Latin America.Manage the full Refurbished sales pipeline from lead generation through deal closing, driving high-quality conversions and sustained business growth. Manage and Analyze data and market trends to define acquisition priorities and uncover new business opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners to align business development efforts with company-wide objectives. Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to track engagement, monitor performance, and ensure high-quality data management throughout the sales process.
