Job DetailsJob Location: Remote - New Braunfels, TX 78130Position Type: Full TimeAbout Us At Team Housing Solutions, we deliver exceptional temporary lodging services to organizations deploying teams across the United States and globally. We build flexible, on-demand housing solutions by partnering with property owners, asset managers, and third-party providers, driving cost efficiency and operational agility for our clients. Our mission is to provide superior temporary lodging experiences through streamlined systems, impeccable service, and a collaborative spirit that values our dedicated team, supply partners, and clients alike.   About the Role The Sr. Account Executive (AE) of Hotels and Corporate Housing is responsible for expanding Team Housing Solutions’ customer base, increasing the company’s footprint within existing new markets, and driving revenue through the sale and delivery of the full range of THS solutions with a primary focus on hotels, corporate housing, and technology-enabled services such as THS PRO. The AE will also work collaboratively with other AEs to drive revenue in the base camps, emergency response solutions, assets and equipment, and catering verticals. The AE is responsible for identifying new customers and opportunities within THS’s current market verticals while also identifying adjacent markets where the company’s solutions can address lodging, housing, workforce, emergency response, deployment, and complex project needs. The role requires a consultative approach to sales—understanding the customer’s operational challenges and developing the right combination of THS services, resources, and technology to meet those needs and create solutions. The AE will manage opportunities through the full business development and sales cycle, including prospecting, customer discovery, solution development, proposal writing, pricing, negotiation, closing, and transition into implementation and ongoing account management. The AE will independently develop customer proposals and work closely with Finance, Operations, Client Services, Business Development, and other internal teams to create solutions that are both customer-focused and commercially viable. A key component of the role is expanding the use and adoption of THS Pro when it provides value to the customer. The AE will understand and sell the platform’s existing capabilities, help customers successfully implement and use THS Pro, and identify opportunities where the platform can improve customer workflows, visibility, communication, reporting, reservations, housing management, or other operational processes.
