We're looking for a Salesforce-certified GTM Systems Administrator to be the dedicated technical resource for its Partner organization. Partner requests come first; when the queue is clear, you'll support Sales, RevOps, and the broader GTM teams — there is always meaningful work in the pipeline.

Your mission is keeping partner data, workflows, and integrations in Salesforce accurate and running. Today, failures between PartnerStack, Workato, and Salesforce mean waiting days on vendor support. You'll bring that troubleshooting in-house: find the root cause, fix it, and keep the Partner team moving.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Own a ticket queue of partner-related Salesforce requests: data fixes, field updates, reporting questions, and pipeline discrepancies
  • Troubleshoot integration failures across PartnerStack, Workato, and Salesforce — trace where a workflow or sync broke and resolve it internally
  • Support partner commission questions by validating and correcting the underlying Salesforce data
  • Execute large-scale data cleanup, deduplication, and reconciliation projects
  • Coordinate enrichment requests across customer, prospect, and partner records — scope the need, route sourcing to the data team, and load validated data back into Salesforce
  • Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards for Partnerships and GTM stakeholders
  • Run analysis projects for GTM leadership (e.g., tech stack consolidation), leveraging AI tools where appropriate
  • Document workflows and recommend improvements to data accuracy and efficiency

Requirements

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification — strongly preferred
  • 2+ years in Salesforce Administration, Revenue Operations, or GTM/CRM Systems
  • Experience with CRM data cleanup, reconciliation, and bulk updates
  • Comfortable building Salesforce reports and dashboards; advanced Excel or Google Sheets
  • Experience with integration/automation middleware (Workato, Zapier, Make, or similar) strongly preferred; ability to read workflow scripts to pinpoint failures is a plus
  • Proactive communicator who asks clarifying questions before acting, owns tickets end-to-end, and manages multiple priorities with tight turnarounds
  • Familiarity with PartnerStack, Gong, CauseIQ, Crossbeam, ZoomInfo, or Clay is a plus
