Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
Identify, develop and close new business opportunities within hospitals and healthcare networks
Position and sell Medtronic CRM solutions by demonstrating clear clinical, economic and operational value
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with cardiologists, nurses, CRM specialists and key hospital decision-makers
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and needs assessment through negotiation and closing
Drive product launches and contribute to sustainable market share growth through effective territory and account planning
Manage the sales funnel, contracts, tenders and order processes in close collaboration with internal stakeholders
Work cross-functionally with Technical Consultants, Marketing and Business Operations to support case coverage, trainings and campaign execution
Required Knowledge and Experience:
3–5 years of proven success in new business development and sales, ideally within medical devices, life sciences or pharma
Background as a CRM Technical Consultant with strong commercial ambition or solid cardiology experience and network in Flanders combined with a hunter mindset
Strong interest in or experience with Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM)
Demonstrated experience in account planning, pipeline management and negotiations, with a results-driven and entrepreneurial mindset
Team player who thrives in close collaboration with Sales, Technical Consultants and Marketing
Self-starter with strong ownership, a can-do mentality, and professional fluency in Dutch and English.
