Sales Partner (UK) - Zoho Solutions & Business Automation

About the role

Alpha Cloud Technologies is a Zoho Partner with delivery from Chennai and clients across the UK, US, GCC, India and Australia. We are looking for UK-based, self-driven, commission-only Sales Partners who can prospect UK SMBs consistently, qualify B2B opportunities and personally close deals after our Presales Team delivers the technical demo.

This is a remote, independent, commission-only engagement for candidates based in the United Kingdom with the right to work there. There is no fixed salary. Earnings are uncapped. Commission rates, payout basis (GBP) and timelines are disclosed in writing before you proceed to the assessment stage.

What you own

• Daily outbound prospecting to UK businesses on LinkedIn, email and phone
  
• Qualifying business pain, urgency, authority and budget
  
• Booking discovery calls and handing qualified opportunities to Presales
  
• Proposals, pricing conversations, negotiation and closing
  
• Persistent, respectful follow-up until a decision is made
  
• Keeping Zoho CRM updated
  

What Presales owns

• Technical demos, solution design and scoping, delivered in UK business hours
  

What we sell

Zoho CRM, Zoho One and Zoho Books implementation, migration from Salesforce/HubSpot/Freshworks/QuickBooks/Xero, custom Zoho Creator apps, Zoho AI (Zia) rollouts, training and yearly support plans.

You are a fit if

• You are based in the UK and understand how UK SMBs buy software and services
  
• You accept a commission-only structure with no fixed salary
  
• You have personally closed B2B deals, not just booked meetings
  
• You have sold SaaS, CRM, software implementation or business services
  
• You are comfortable with daily cold outreach and follow-up
  
• You can manage proposals and negotiation independently
  

Hiring process (fully remote)

1. Application + commission-only acknowledgment

4. Practical sales challenge on a fictional UK prospect (45–60 min)
   
5. Recorded or live video sales simulation
   
6. Written commission agreement, training, CRM access
