Qualifications requises:

Solides compétences en PowerPoint, Word, rédaction, mise en forme et communication orale, incluant la capacité d'exprimer des idées de manière claire et professionnelle.
Excellentes aptitudes relationnelles et de communication, avec une capacité avérée à collaborer avec des personnes à tous les niveaux de l'organisation, entre différents pôles d'activité et avec des styles de travail variés.
Excellentes compétences en organisation et en coordination de projets, avec la capacité de gérer plusieurs priorités et échéances.

Qualifications souhaitées:

Le salaire de base estimé pour ce poste est compris entre €42,500 - €58,500. The Commercial Growth Enablement Team (GET) supports Huron’s commercial sales efforts through sales intake, sales operations, strategic sales outreach, request for proposal (RFP) and proposal development, orals preparation, and sales collateral development. The GET sales enablement team partners with business units (BUs) and sales leads to develop content and collateral, manage proposals, and support orals preparation.
The Sales Enablement Associate serves as a primary resource supporting growth enablement activities across France, the UK, and broader Europe. This role partners closely with business development leaders, sellers, and the US GET team to develop and manage RFPs, proposals, orals presentations, and sales collateral for Huron’s commercial pursuits. Responsibilities include partnering with opportunity teams to manage simple RFPs, proposals, orals, and collateral; structuring kick-off and review meetings; developing timelines to support deadlines; contributing to writing and content development; coordinating stakeholders to meet established milestones; and escalating risks or barriers as appropriate. This role may also support the US GET prospecting team with outreach, events, and other prospecting activities. The associate will work in close partnership with the US GET team for oversight, process alignment, escalation support, and leading practices. Fluency in both French and English is required.
Responsibilities:
Lead RFPs, proposals, orals presentations, and collateral development with oversight and guidance from the US GET team.
Partner with opportunity owners, business development leaders, and sellers to define pursuit approach, key messages, differentiators, activities, deliverables, milestones, and required support.
Complete kick-off tasks, including developing the overall RFP, proposal, orals development plan; coordinating with key stakeholders and contributors; scheduling necessary meetings; creating initial outlines; and gathering supporting content.
Manage the administrative aspects of proposal, orals, and collateral development, including coordinating schedules and supporting final proposal or orals presentation submission.
Proactively manage RFP, proposal, and orals presentation development while maintaining real-time status of text and graphics.
Identify and address risks in a timely manner, escalating as appropriate.
Coordinate independently with internal business units, including Legal and GRC, as needed.
Facilitate opportunity status meetings, including kick-off meetings, proposal, orals, and collateral review meetings, and content writer interviews.
Provide suggestions and feedback to opportunity team members to strengthen response answers and align content with leading-practice standards.
Complete compliance checks to ensure adherence to RFP requirements.
Facilitate approval, sign-off, and client delivery by the specified deadline.
Leverage templates and leading-practice proposal and orals writing standards to support readability, consistency, and tone.
Produce client-facing materials in both French and English as required.
Provide supplemental support for collateral, outreach, events, and other business development activities with guidance from the US GET team.
Adapt client-facing materials, communications, and templates in French as required.
Translate, localize, or adapt US-developed outreach and events materials for French-speaking audiences when needed.
Contribute to internal team initiatives and team success by:
Remaining current with Huron’s solutions, products, and messaging to ensure our competitive advantage is clearly communicated and understood in client-facing materials
Tracking milestones and performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals and deliverables
Own Salesforce cases and maintain accurate, up-to-date information.
Maintaining active alignment with the US GET team to ensure consistency in proposal standards, templates, and leading practices across regions
Coordinating with US GET counterparts on shared or cross-regional pursuit opportunities, including content sharing, role alignment, and joint review processes
Participate in internal GET initiatives.
The Profile We're Looking For...
The successful candidate will bring strong written and verbal communication skills in both French and English, excellent organizational and project coordination capabilities, critical thinking, and experience supporting proposal, orals, or collateral development. This role requires a deadline-driven, detail-oriented individual who can collaborate effectively across levels, functions, practices, and work styles while supporting strategic pursuit planning, market knowledge, and the business development lifecycle.
Required Qualifications:
Fluency in both French and English, including written and spoken communication.
Minimum of three years of experience managing, writing, and coordinating proposals, orals presentations, or sales collateral.
Strong PowerPoint, Word, writing, formatting, and verbal communication skills, including the ability to express ideas clearly and professionally.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate with individuals at every level of the organization, across practices, and with varying work styles.
Excellent organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Ability to learn quickly, incorporate feedback, and take on expanded responsibilities over time.
Ability to work effectively both remotely and independently, as well as collaboratively as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
Bachelor-level degree.
Preferred Qualifications
Three to five years of relevant experience in business, marketing, communications, media, sales, business development, proposal support, or a related field.
Educational background in business, marketing, communications, media, or a related field.
Basic proficiency with AI tools, such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar platforms, to accelerate proposal drafting, content generation, and editing workflows.
The estimated base salary for this job is €42,500 - €58,500. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron's annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron's pay-for-performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is €48,875 - €67,275.
The job is also eligible to participate in Huron's benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs.
