 The Opportunity

 

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead, develop, and scale our sales function.

 

This role is ideal for a strategic and hands-on sales leader who has successfully built high-performing sales teams, driven revenue growth, established scalable sales processes, and delivered outstanding commercial results.

 

You will work closely with executive leadership to accelerate business growth, strengthen client acquisition efforts, and create a predictable, high-performing sales engine.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Sales Leadership & Strategy

  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team.
  • Establish sales KPIs, forecasts, reporting frameworks, and accountability systems.
  • Identify new revenue opportunities and market expansion initiatives.
  • Drive consistent pipeline growth and revenue generation.

 

Business Development

  • Develop strategic partnerships and enterprise-level client relationships.
  • Lead high-value sales conversations and negotiations.
  • Oversee outbound prospecting initiatives and sales campaigns.
  • Identify target industries, buyer personas, and market opportunities.

 

Sales Operations

  • Optimize CRM utilization and sales workflows.
  • Implement scalable sales processes and automation.
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to improve conversion rates.
  • Develop sales playbooks, scripts, and training materials.

 

Team Development

  • Coach sales managers and sales representatives.
  • Conduct performance reviews and regular sales coaching sessions.
  • Foster a high-performance, results-driven culture.

 

Required Qualifications

 

Must-Have

  • Minimum 5 years of Sales Management experience.
  • Experience leading sales teams with revenue accountability.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience building and managing sales pipelines.
  • Strong background in B2B sales.

 

Highly Preferred

  • Director-level sales leadership experience.
  • Experience within:
    • Outsourcing
    • BPO
    • Call Center
    • Professional Services
