About Monster Energy:

Forget about blending in. That's not our style. We're the risk-takers, the trailblazers, the game-changers. We're not perfect, and we don't pretend to be. We're raw, unfiltered, and a bit unconventional. But our drive is unrivaled, just like our athletes. The power is in your hands to define what success looks like and where you want to take your career. It's not just about what we do, but about who we become along the way. We are much more than a brand here. We are a way of life, a mindset. Join us.

A Day in the Life:

In the role of Sales Director, you will drive the end-to-end Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) engine across markets, brands, and product portfolios, transforming demand, supply, product, and financial plans into a synchronized growth strategy. You will lead executive governance forums, steer critical business decisions, and orchestrate the S&OP calendar with precision and discipline. Through proactive scenario planning and rapid risk and opportunity management, you will ensure the organization stays ahead of market dynamics. By aligning demand forecasts with Rough-Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP), you will maximize service levels, profitability, and operational performance at scale.

The Impact You'll Make:

  • Expand the focus of the S&OP process beyond the tactical, to cover usually from three months through the current and next business plan/budget time horizon to the long-time horizon (two to five years).
  • Build structured programs that enable visibility and collaboration with distribution partners and suppliers. Include customer and supplier visibility in S&OP decision making. Collaborate to define agreed-on shared metrics that measure joint performance.
  • Shifting the S&OP process focus on demand and supply balancing to achieving revenue projections and profitability through better understanding of the cost to serve. Track benefits of maturing the S&OP Process through IBP Success Metrics.
  • Drive continuous improvement in forums, metrics and data quality across internal and external partners; delivers the LATAM S&OP/IBP (Integrated Business Planning) roadmap; and champions SAP IBP, analytics and digital tools to improve forecast accuracy, visibility and responsiveness across horizons.
  • Ensure the alignment of the operational decisions with the tactical decisions covering three months through the current and next business plan/budget time horizon.
  • Measure outside-in performance across the extended supply chain.
  • Establish supply chain data management to enable a consistent view of supply chain information across the end-to-end supply chain.
  • Build business intelligence capabilities to measure end-to-end supply chain performance.
  • Mitigate Slow Moving and Obsoletes and orchestrate demand & supply shaping
