Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to serve as the engine of our outbound growth. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, using strategic outreach to spark interest and fuel the sales pipeline. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting, including 100+ calls per day alongside email and LinkedIn outreach.
- Identify, engage, and qualify key decision-makers across various industries based on specific client criteria.
- Schedule high-quality meetings and appointments for Account Executives and client teams.
- Manage and maintain accurate prospect records and activity logs within CRM systems.
- Execute multi-channel follow-up strategies to ensure no lead is left behind.
- Research prospective accounts and industries to identify new market opportunities.
- Collaborate with management to refine outreach scripts and optimize campaign performance.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and meeting-set targets.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales within the Manufacturing, Construction, Print & design or similar industries
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
- High level of comfort with cold calling and the ability to remain motivated through rejection.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and data integrity.
- Self-motivated and capable of maintaining high productivity in a remote work environment.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a professional home office setup.
Nice-to-Haves
- Prior experience as an SDR, BDR, or Appointment Setter specifically in a B2B environment.
- Experience engaging with C-suite executives, Founders, and senior-level decision-makers.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
- Experience using prospecting tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or ZoomInfo.
- Background in generating leads for high-ticket services or complex B2B solutions.
