Job Description

INNERGY is looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help fuel our continued growth. We provide purpose-built, cloud-based ERP solutions to custom manufacturers in the woodworking industry, and we're looking for someone who is excited to connect prospective customers with technology that can transform how they operate.

As an SDR, you'll be the first point of contact for many prospective customers. You'll partner closely with Sales and Marketing to identify, engage, and qualify prospects while building a strong pipeline of opportunities for our sales team.

What You'll Do

  • Prospect & Generate Leads: Research, identify, and engage prospective customers through calls, email, social media, and other outbound channels.
  • Build Pipeline: Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects to support revenue growth.
  • Execute Outreach: Create personalized outreach strategies that resonate with decision-makers in our target market.
  • Book Qualified Meetings: Schedule high-quality meetings between prospective customers and our sales team.
  • Manage CRM Activity: Maintain accurate and timely prospect and activity data in HubSpot.
  • Partner Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging, targeting, and lead-generation strategies.
  • Nurture Prospects: Build relationships through thoughtful follow-up and targeted communication.
  • Become a Product Expert: Develop a strong understanding of INNERGY's platform, customers, and the challenges facing custom manufacturers.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or a similar SaaS sales role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confidence engaging and influencing prospective customers through phone, email, and social channels.
  • Resilience and persistence in a high-volume outbound environment.
  • Strong organization and time-management skills.
  • Experience with CRM and sales prospecting tools. HubSpot experience is a plus.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across Sales and Marketing.
  • Curious and coachable with a desire to continuously improve.
  • Comfortable using data and feedback to refine your outreach strategy.
