Responsibilities

Cold outbound prospecting to generate new pipeline
Reactivating warm leads from existing database
Expanding into the Southeast Asian market
Identify and approach hospitality groups, developers, interior designers, procurement teams, and trade partners
Build relationships from initial outreach through opportunity development
Gather market feedback and client insights to support business strategy Key Account Management:
Managing and nurturing existing client relationships
Handling repeat orders and ongoing project coordination
Manage sales pipeline and provide regular progress updates
Upselling and cross-selling across Silian's product range
Ensuring client satisfaction and retention
Coordinate with internal teams including design, production, and project teams to ensure client requirements are delivered effectively

Requirements

Minimum 3 to 4 years of relevant B2B sales experience
Must be able to hit the ground running with minimal onboarding
Experience generating new business opportunities and building client pipelines from scratch
Must be comfortable working with full autonomy — no constant direction or check-ins (critical given this is the first remote hire) Language:
English: Required — must be fluent and articulate; the candidate will be pitching design concepts to hospitality and corporate clients
Chinese/Mandarin: Bonus, not required — even for outreach within China, English is acceptable Industry/Knowledge:
Existing network in architecture, interior design, procurement, trade partners, or hospitality is a big plus but not mandatory -Candidates with proven B2B sales experience in other sectors (e.g., FMCG) who lack industry-specific networks are equally welcome — the sales skills themselves matter most
Experience in interior design, hospitality, procurement, furniture or related industries is a plus
Must be willing to learn the art and design product space Tools and System:
CRM experience preferred but not tied to any specific tool — adaptability matters more than platform familiarity.

Work Arrangement

Work Setup: Flexible Work Arrangement
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am HK start time, should complete nine 9 hours work
