Job Description Summary

This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and leading all Product Management elements of the USCAN Digital Molecular Imaging (MI) product and application portfolio to grow revenue and maximize margin. This role will actively mine voice of customer and market insights to formulate and operationalize product strategy, tailor product configurations and pricing for customer segment value, identifying growth opportunities, guide product roadmaps with Global MI and Computed Tomography, and partner with Services on comprehensive solutions. This role will also be a strong contributor to the Digital MI multi-platform integration, collaborating to create a successful Go To Market strategy for our clients and driving commercial execution and sales strategy for our field teams.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities

Growth, Strategy, and Product Execution

  • Work cross-functionally and horizontally (within care areas and other modalities) to design, develop & test, commercialize, operationalize and continuously evolve the Digital MI solutions to effectively complement the SPECT and PET portfolios, realizing share gain, revenue and margin.

  • Work with global product management and business leadership to cooperatively develop and implement multi-platform integration and consolidation plans.

  • Employ market research, industry trends, voice of customer, market share, win/loss analysis and competitive intelligence and price realization to develop product strategy and influence roadmap development.

  • Catch and commercialize New Product Introductions (NPI) from global including development of product configurations, quote descriptions, and pricing in coordination with Lead Business Integrators. Partner with Marketing on Value Proposition refinement and Learning & Development on sales enablement training.

  • Lead NPI product evaluation contracting and management (ME/pilot sites for product rollout/ product pivot).

  • Work horizontally with Imaging, Services & Healthcare Financial Services to develop, evaluate and launch new region-specific commercial offerings (i.e. subscription models).

  • Ensure compliance with New Commercial Activation process, quality systems and regulatory requirements.

  • Actively engage in lean Problem Solving Process to define problems, analyze to root cause, implement countermeasures and created sustainability in the MI Digital business's Key Performance Indicators.

  • Lead strategy, process and communication of FMIs, Field Upgrades, and product End of Life, including customer transition plans.

  • Liaise with Enterprise Operations to provide technical support for RFPs, create and manage catalogs (including long/medium/short descriptions and set-up in Apttus, NPI change orders and backlog conversions, management of flex-trials, and technology non-obsolescence agreements).

  • Lead headquarters customer visits, presenting product portfolio and roadmap presentations in partnership with regional product and global modality leadership.

  • Develop and execute show site, key opinion leader and client collaboration/product evaluation strategies in close collaboration with MI GM, Strategy Director, Marketing Director and MIM leadership team.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field

  • 10+ years' experience in sales, product management, marketing or related field

  • Leadership skills to lead teams and shape/lead growth vision and strategy

  • Team oriented - ability to motivate and work well with diverse, cross-functional teams

  • Excellent oral and written communications skills

  • Strong analytical and process skills

  • Ability to travel and willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate needs of customers and sales teams

Desired Characteristics

  • MBA or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field

  • 12+ years' experience in marketing, product marketing or related field

  • Experience leading and developing teams

  • Deep marketing expertise in market & customer insights, product commercialization and branding

  • Healthcare product/industry acumen

  • Innovation - develop new ideas through collaboration and execute on creative ideas

  • Influencing skills - ability to motivate individuals and demonstrate organizational influence

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $138,720.00-$208,080.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
