Position Summary

Nsight Health is hiring a Physician Sales Liaison to drive referrals into our Remote Patient Monitoring and Chronic Care Management programs through direct, high-volume outbound phone outreach to physician practices. This is a pure sales role on the Customer Success team: no field visits, no device support, no team management — just calls, conversions, and quota.

You'll work inside provider EHR/EMR systems daily to identify eligible patients, then call practices to get a referral confirmed on the spot or a firm follow-up commitment. You'll be measured on calls made, providers reached, referrals confirmed, and EHR activity — and you'll call back until it's a yes.


AI Fluency Requirement - Non-Negotiable

Key Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to assigned physician practices.

• Pull eligible patient lists from EHR/EMR systems each day.

• Confirm referrals on the spot or lock in a specific follow-up time.

• Build fast trust with clinical and administrative staff to get past gatekeepers.

• Tailor talk tracks between clinical outcomes and financial/reimbursement angles.

• Log all call activity and outcomes in the CRM same-day.

• Hit weekly and monthly quotas for referrals confirmed.

• Use AI tools to prioritize outreach and speed up daily workflow.

• You'll build a fast-paced, metrics-driven sales muscle with a clear path to prove impact quickly.

• Every confirmed referral is a patient getting better chronic care management.

Qualifications

Required:

• 2-5 years in outbound sales, inside sales, consultative sales, or patient/provider enrollment with a proven quota track record.

• Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding a specific call-based activity or conversion goal, with numbers to cite.

• Comfort making a high volume of outbound calls daily and absorbing repeated rejection without losing momentum.

• Proven ability to build fast trust with clinical or administrative staff and get past gatekeepers.

• Working familiarity with EHR/EMR systems or comparable clinical data platforms.

• Active, hands-on daily use of AI tools in a prior or current sales workflow.

• Fluency in English required, both spoken and written.

• Ability to flex between clinical talk tracks (outcomes, condition management) and financial talk tracks (reimbursement, revenue).

• Track record of self-managing a daily call cadence without close supervision.

• Comfort being measured on hard daily/weekly activity and conversion metrics.

Preferred:

• Experience in remote patient monitoring, chronic care management, or remote care programs.

• Experience working inside HubSpot or a comparable CRM for outbound activity tracking.

• Healthcare, medical, or clinic-based work experience.

• Spanish fluency.

• Experience selling into or working directly with physician practices.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base pay: $70,000 – $80,000 annually.
