Multi-Channel Specialist, South-West England

We are seeking an experienced, commercially minded and goal-oriented Multi-Channel Manager to join our UK Commercial Team in a permanent position, reporting to the Country Lead, UK. This role is responsible for leading the commercial development of the South-West England territory through strategic account management, new business generation and the execution of territory and customer plans. The Multi-Channel Manager will manage complex commercial relationships, use customer and market insights to identify growth opportunities and contribute to UK and European business planning. The successful candidate will bring significant field sales experience, strong commercial judgement and the ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.

Essential duties and responsibilities where you'll make the biggest impact…

• Achieve or exceed sales targets and strategic commercial objectives across the assigned territory.
• Develop and implement comprehensive annual territory and strategic account plans using the Evolus CRM system.
• Identify, prioritise and secure high-value new business opportunities within the territory.
• Build and manage trusted relationships with key healthcare professional customers, clinic owners, decision-makers and other relevant stakeholders.
• Develop tailored commercial strategies and account plans for key customers, ensuring appropriate support and resource allocation.
• Leverage the Evolus service platform and available commercial, educational and practice development resources to address customer needs.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs Clinicians, HCP Advocates and cross-functional colleagues to differentiate the scientific and clinical benefits of Evolus products.
• Analyse sales performance, customer segmentation, market potential, growth drivers and competitor activity to identify risks and opportunities.
• Translate customer, competitor and territory insights into recommendations that contribute to UK and European regional business planning.
• Lead sales presentations, promotional activities, business reviews and educational events for existing and prospective customers.
• Maintain a high level of product, clinical, market and competitor knowledge and act as a credible commercial resource for customers and colleagues.
• Ensure all customer activities, account information and commercial opportunities are recorded accurately and promptly in the CRM system.
• This is a remote, field-based position covering South-West England, including the following bricks: DT, GY, TA, BA, TQ, TR, EX, PL, SO, JE, SP and BH. The position requires extensive travel throughout the assigned territory, with the majority of working time spent in front of customers conducting face-to-face appointments, strategic business reviews, educational activities and new business development.
• Frequent travel, occasional overnight stays and attendance at selected weekend events may be required.

Qualifications and Skills You’ll Bring to the Team…

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of relevant commercial experience in aesthetics, pharmaceuticals, medical devices or a related field.
• Significant experience in field sales, territory management and new business development.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and developing strategically important accounts.
• Strong commercial judgement and the ability to translate sales and market data into effective territory strategies.
• Experience developing and implementing territory and account plans.
• Strong negotiation, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to operate independently and take ownership of complex commercial priorities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across commercial, medical and operational functions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience using Salesforce or another CRM system.
• Full, clean UK driving licence.

Preferred Qualifications…

• ABPI qualification.
• Previous experience within the medical aesthetics market.
