Role Overview
As a Business Development Manager (Junior/Middle), you will have the exciting opportunity to drive growth and expand our client's reach in a rapidly evolving market. This role is fully remote, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere. You will play a crucial role in identifying and engaging with potential customers, supporting sales activities, and helping to build a robust sales pipeline. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential customers that match the company's target profile.
- Reach out to prospects through email, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels.
- Support cold calling activities and schedule introductory meetings for the sales team.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads using predefined criteria before passing them to Account Executives.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and keep prospect information up to date.
- Assist in building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline through consistent outreach.
- Use AI tools and sales platforms to improve prospect research and personalize communication.
- Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams by sharing feedback from customer conversations and market trends.
- Participate in industry events, webinars, and networking activities when required.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, lead generation, customer success, or a similar role. Recent graduates with relevant internships are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Comfortable communicating with new people via email, LinkedIn, and phone.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and lead qualification.
- Experience using CRM systems (such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar) is an advantage.
- Familiarity with AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT or similar) and a willingness to learn modern sales technologies.
- Self-motivated, organized, and eager to develop a career in B2B sales.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for team meetings or industry events if needed.
- Languages: English B2.
- Experience in fintech.
