  • Strengthen the firm's visibility in the OneStream marketplace through industry events, thought leadership, professional networks, and strategic relationships.
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with OneStream's sales, alliance, and leadership teams to support joint business development initiatives.

2. Client Leadership and Delivery Excellence

  • Provide executive oversight for a portfolio of complex OneStream implementation, optimization, and advisory engagements.
  • Serve as an executive sponsor and trusted advisor for strategic clients, ensuring alignment between technology solutions and broader finance transformation objectives.
  • Maintain accountability for client satisfaction, delivery quality, project profitability, and successful business outcomes.
  • Partner with engagement leaders and solution architects to ensure appropriate project governance, staffing, risk management, and quality assurance.
  • Proactively identify and resolve client escalations, delivery challenges, and commercial risks.
  • Establish and reinforce consistent delivery methodologies, quality standards, and project management practices.
  • Support the development of repeatable implementation approaches, accelerators, and intellectual property that improve efficiency and differentiate Baker Tilly in the marketplace.
