Outside, Inc. is looking for a full-time Manager, Client Services (Event Partnerships) to own the day-to-day management of brand sponsorships and partnerships across Outside's premier live events, including Outside Days Summer and Winter, Outside Summit, and the Warren Miller Tour. This role serves as the primary point of contact for brand partners to ensure delivery of all components of their sponsorship. This role will serve as the stewards of the client experience throughout the sponsorship period from kick off through campaign wrap and reporting. 

You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Event Operations, to execute event sponsorship, and deliver a best-in-class experience that keeps brand partners coming back year after year. The ideal candidate is highly organized, calm under pressure, and passionate about bringing brand experiences to life at world-class outdoor events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end execution of key account campaigns across digital, content, and integrated event sponsorships
  • Ensure all campaigns launch on time, deliver in full, and meet quality standards
  • Production & Activation Support: Support planning for brand activations coordinating with creative agencies and vendors to ensure quality, safety, and on-brand storytelling.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Maintain tight communication with Sales, Sales Support, Creative, Event Operations, Legal, and Finance to keep all stakeholders aligned on client expectations, timelines, budgets, and outcomes.
  • Reporting and Communication: Provide regular status updates and reporting to clients and internal stakeholders; proactively flag campaign or activation complications and offer viable alternatives.
  • Oversee the development of comprehensive campaign recaps that highlight performance metrics, custom content impact, and ROI.
  • Problem-Solving and Strategy: Juggle multiple concurrent client accounts and events, troubleshooting issues as they arise and keeping projects on track under tight deadlines.
  • System Proficiency: Develop expert-level proficiency in systems including Asana, Salesforce, Slack, and Google Drive to manage client workflows and documentation.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Consistently deliver a gold-standard experience to brand partners, aiming for 9+/10 satisfaction in post-event surveys and ensuring no client email or Slack message goes unanswered.

What YOU bring to Outside: (Preferred Qualifications)

  • 6+ years of experience in experiential marketing, live event production, brand partnerships, account management, or digital marketing
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proven experience managing client relationships and complex campaigns or activations from start to finish
  • Strong organizational systems and project management skills (Asana, Slack, Google Drive, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors and agencies
  • Calm under pressure and decisive in fast-moving, deadline-driven environments
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a proactive, client-first approach
  • Familiarity with the experiential, live events, or outdoor industry landscape a plus

This is a fully remote role, and we welcome applicants based anywhere in the United States or Canada. The disclosure below is provided specifically to satisfy Colorado's pay transparency law for roles that could be performed there, it does not limit who may apply.

Entirely remote job that could be performed in Colorado: Employees can expect to be paid a salary of  between $70,000 to $85,000.  Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission. Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, Flexible Time Away,  sick leave, and more. This salary range is merely an estimate and may vary based on an applicant’s location, market data/ranges, an applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
