Italian-Speaking Customer Support Specialist – Remote in Portugal

We are hiring Italian-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join a multilingual team supporting a leading company in the telecommunications sector.

This is a fully remote position within mainland Portugal, offering long-term stability, professional development and the opportunity to work in an international environment.

Your Role

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for customers, supporting them with account, billing, service and technical-related enquiries while providing a high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Italian-speaking customers via phone, email and chat
  
• Assist with account, billing and service-related enquiries
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently
  
• Provide information about products, services and platform features
  
• Escalate more complex cases when needed
  
• Gather customer feedback and contribute to service improvements
  

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent Italian and English
  
• Previous experience in customer support, customer service or contact centre environments is an advantage
  
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  
• Good attention to detail
  
• Comfortable working with digital tools and technology
  
• Customer-focused and positive attitude
  
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  

Contract & Working Conditions

• Fully remote within mainland Portugal
  
• Monday to Friday
  
• Rotating 8-hour shifts between 07:00 and 18:00
  
• Availability to work on public holidays when scheduled
  
• Public holiday work is compensated with additional payment
  
• Permanent contract after 6 months
  

Compensation Package

• Base salary: €920/month
  
• Language allowance: €250/month
  
• Multiskill bonus: €150/month
  
• Performance bonus: up to €360/month
  
• Attendance allowance: €110/month
  
• Flex work allowance: €60/month
  
• Meal allowance: €10.20 per working day
