As a leading recruitment agency specializing in multilingual talent, we have partnered with a reputable financial services company to provide exceptional customer support to Italian-speaking clients.

As an Italian Speaking Customer Support representative for Financial Services, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their inquiries, providing account support, and ensuring excellent customer service. Your role will be crucial in maintaining client satisfaction and upholding the company's reputation for excellence in the financial industry.


  • Act as the main point of contact for Italian-speaking clients
  • Assist clients with inquiries related to their accounts and financial services
  • Provide information about products and services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client issues and concerns
  • Document client interactions and resolutions in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
  • Maintain knowledge of financial products and services
  • Ensure client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service


  • Fluent in Italian and English
  • Prior experience in customer support or financial services roles is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficient in using computer systems and customer support software
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive client information
  • Knowledge of financial products, services, and regulations is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
