Black & Grey HR is looking for a Sales Manager – U.S. Import Logistics for a UAE-based logistics company to drive revenue growth across the U.S. import logistics market, with a strong focus on customs brokerage, bonded & non-bonded warehousing, transloading, and domestic transportation. The role will be responsible for acquiring new customers, expanding existing accounts, and positioning the company as a reliable end-to-end import logistics partner.

Key Responsibilites: 

- Prospect and onboard import customers requiring customs clearance (FCL, LCL, air), warehousing, CFS/transloading, drayage, and final-mile delivery.
- Target importers, distributors, manufacturers, retailers, and e-commerce clients.
- Develop vertical-focused strategies (paper, steel, FMCG, consumer goods, industrial cargo, etc.).
- Achieve assigned revenue, GP, and volume targets.
- Design integrated import solutions aligned with client supply chains.
- Collaborate with operations and brokerage teams to structure competitive offerings.
- Prepare and negotiate pricing; manage RFQs and tenders.
- Build strong relationships with logistics and procurement decision-makers.
- Identify upsell opportunities including long-term warehousing and dedicated transport.
- Monitor import trends, regulations, and trucking market conditions.
- Maintain accurate CRM pipeline and forecasts.


Requirements

- 3–7+ years of sales experience in U.S. import logistics, freight forwarding, 3PL, or customs brokerage.

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field (preferred).

- Strong understanding of U.S. customs clearance, bonded & non-bonded warehousing, drayage, and domestic trucking.

- Proven track record in B2B solution-based sales with revenue and GP achievements.

- Existing importer/distributor contacts preferred.

- Strong negotiation and closing skills.

- Ability to sell integrated logistics solutions, not just rates.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

- Knowledge of Incoterms, import documentation, and U.S. trade compliance.

- CRM proficiency and pipeline management.

- Candidate must be currently based anywhere within the United States.
