Growth Marketing Intern

This is a Growth Marketing Intern role, and it sits at the heart of how we build pipeline. For six-twelve months you will work side by side with our Product Marketing Director on demand generation and content: running LinkedIn ads, building outbound lists, running experiments to drive traffic, working with YouTube creators, reporting on what works, and creating the content that feeds every campaign.

Requirements

• A student or recent graduate in marketing, business, economics, communication or a related field.
• Proficiency in using AI

• Available full-time or part time (24h / weekly minimum) for 6 months, and preferebly able to join a weekly in-person sync in Poznań
• Excellent written and spoken English..

• Comfort with numbers: spreadsheets, and metrics like CTR, conversion rate and cost per lead.

• Hands-on use of AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT in your own work, with an example you can show us.

• Curiosity about B2B SaaS, streaming and subscription businesses, and how they grow (LTV, churn, conversion funnels).

• Organized and reliable. You finish what you start and flag blockers early.
• A plus: experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot or Instantly.

Responsibilities:

• Support lead nurturing (core). Help run our HubSpot nurture flows: segment leads by source and stage, draft nurture emails, and keep lead data clean. Track engagement and flag warm leads for sales. Your manager reviews every email before it goes out.
• Support outbound. Build and clean prospect lists and prepare outreach sequences for review.
• Track results and suggest tests. Pull weekly numbers into our marketing dashboard, spot what's changing, and suggest small experiments to drive traffic, including small LinkedIn ad tests. You recommend; your manager makes the call.
• Create content. Draft LinkedIn posts, blog articles and newsletter items, help with video scripts and captions, and research YouTube creators who fit our audience.
• Learn our AI workflows. Use Claude and our AI-assisted research and writing tools every day.
