Position: Growth Marketing & Business Development Manager
Salary: PHP 125,000
Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM NZ Hours

About the Company

Our client is a fast-growing New Zealand-based group operating across digital advertising and experiential events. They help businesses increase brand visibility through innovative outdoor advertising solutions while also delivering high-quality corporate events, activations, and brand experiences nationwide.

They are seeking a commercially driven Growth Marketing & Business Development Manager to lead lead-generation initiatives, drive outbound business development, and oversee digital marketing strategies across both businesses.

This is not a traditional social media role. You'll work closely with the founder to build scalable marketing systems, generate qualified business opportunities, and contribute directly to the company's continued growth.

About the Role

This is a strategic, hands-on position that combines Business Development, Growth Marketing, and Digital Marketing.

The role will approximately consist of:

• 50% Outbound Business Development & Lead Generation
• 50% Digital Marketing, Social Media & Sales

We're looking for someone who can think strategically, execute independently, and take ownership of measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Business Development & Lead Generation (Primary Focus)

Your primary objective is to generate qualified sales opportunities through proactive outbound strategies.

Responsibilities include:

• Build and maintain prospect lists across target industries
• Research businesses with upcoming campaigns, expansions, or marketing initiatives
• Cold call business owners and marketing managers
• Conduct LinkedIn outreach campaigns
• Build email outreach sequences
• Qualify opportunities
• Book meetings into Founder's calendar
• Maintain CRM and sales pipeline
• Follow up prospects consistently
• Develop repeatable outbound processes

LinkedIn Growth & Personal Branding

Help strengthen the company's presence as an industry leader by:

• Managing the company LinkedIn page
• Supporting the founder's LinkedIn profile
• Publishing educational and thought leadership content
• Growing connections with marketing and business decision-makers
• Running LinkedIn outreach campaigns
• Engaging with prospects and industry contacts

Digital Marketing

Manage and grow the digital presence by:

• Set up social media accounts and Campaigns
• Social media management
• Monthly content planning
• Copywriting
• Graphic design using Canva or Adobe Suite
• Editing supplied event photos and videos into engaging content
• Creating reels and short-form videos
• Client case studies
• Email marketing campaigns
• Paid Meta campaigns
• Community management
• Google Ads

Note: Event attendance or filming is not required. Marketing assets will be provided for content creation.

Website & SEO

Support ongoing website improvements by:

• Updating website content
• Creating landing pages
• Improving SEO
• Writing blog articles
• Optimising lead capture
• Improving website conversion rates

Marketing Automation

Develop scalable marketing systems including:

• Email nurture campaigns
• CRM automations
• Lead follow-up sequences
• Newsletter campaigns
• Marketing workflows

Sales Support

• Deal with all online sales enquiries, from close to invoice, including follow-ups.
• Qualify opportunities
• Book meetings into Mike's calendar, for new customers where applicable.
• Maintain CRM and sales pipeline
• Follow up prospects consistently

Reporting & Performance

Prepare weekly reports covering:

• Leads generated
• Meetings booked
• Campaign performance
• Website traffic
• Paid advertising ROI
• Recommendations for continuous improvement

We're looking for someone who brings proactive ideas—not just reports.

What Success Looks Like

Within your first 90 days, you will have:

• Built a consistent outbound sales process
• Increased qualified meetings
• Launched lead generation campaigns
• Set-up and build a strong digital media presence
• Built LinkedIn into a reliable prospecting channel
• Created repeatable marketing systems
• Reduced founder involvement in day-to-day marketing
