Job Description
Clinical Ink is seeking a Go-to-Market Strategist to to join our Commercial team based in the United States. In this role, you will support Clinical Ink’s Commercial organization by coordinating conferences, trade shows, and webinars while maintaining current, accessible sales and go-to-market materials. This role partners across Sales, Product, and Operations and manages the corporate website and marketing automation integrations to support lead generation and revenue growth. The Go-to-Market Strategist's responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Sales & Event Conference Support
- Own conference and trade show execution support and contracting for the sales organization, including:
- Booth scheduling, demo calendars, and on-site meeting coordination.
- Order, ship, and return of marketing materials and content (displays, swag, whitepapers, FAQs, etc.).
- Lead handoff processes aligned to sales pipelines.
- Post event follow‑up support to ensure opportunities are tracked and progressed.
- Serve as the primary coordination point between Sales, vendors, and other key stakeholders to ensure conferences are executed in direct support of revenue goals.
- Webinar Scheduling & Management
- Manage the end-to-end execution of sales‑driven webinars, including:
- Scheduling, registration setup, and speaker coordination.
- Calendar management for sales participants and presenters (internal and external).
- Operational support during live sessions.
- Ensure webinar outputs (recordings, decks, FAQs) are organized and made available for Sales to use following each event.
- Go-to-Market Content Management
- Manage and curate sales-facing and other go-to-market materials, including:
- Pitch decks, one pagers, solution overviews, and FAQs.
- Case studies and proof points requested by the field.
- Maintain a centralized, well organized content repository so sales teams can quickly find and use approved materials.
- Ensure content reflects current offerings, pricing structures, and operational capabilities.
- Sales Enablement & Operational Alignment
- Act as a bridge between sales, operations, and product stakeholders to keep go to market activities aligned with roadmap expectations.
- Support sales leadership with launch coordination for new offerings and updating sales materials tied to roadmap and/or operational changes.
- Track enablement activities and identify opportunities to reduce friction in sales workflows.
- Website Maintenance
- Maintain and update the corporate website (www.clinicalink.com) in WordPress using Elementor, including page edits, content updates, and layout/design changes.
- Manage the website's integration with Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) to ensure accurate lead capture, form routing, and marketing automation.
- Monitor site performance and troubleshoot issues, coordinating with IT as needed to maintain consistent uptime and functionality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required, including 5 years of real-world experience.
- Experience supporting sales organizations, revenue operations, sales enablement, or commercial execution roles.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication and the ability to talk to varying levels of internal and external personnel.
- Proven ability to coordinate cross functional stakeholders with minimal oversight.
- High attention to detail and a bias toward execution and follow-through.
- Comfortable working directly with sales leadership and field teams.
- Experience using WordPress and Elementor.
