The role involves managing the end-to-end sales cycle, from high-volume outbound prospecting to closing trial accounts for an AI-driven digital health solution. You will also contribute to building sales playbooks, refining market strategies, and providing structured product feedback to internal teams.
Language Requirement: Native-level German (C2) & Professional English (B2+)
About the Role
We are hiring a proactive German-Speaking Digital Health Sales Representative to power business expansion across the DACH market. Your primary objective will be selling an advanced AI solution that automates routine administrative and documentation work for psychotherapists, enabling them to focus more on direct patient consultations and clinical care. As an early commercial team member in a scaling HealthTech organization, you will play a key part in crafting our sales operation from square one (0 to 1). You will manage the whole end-to-end sales cycle—starting from high-volume outbound outreach through to closing inbound trial accounts—while actively contributing to our sales guidebooks and market strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Drive Revenue & Conversions: Convert incoming trial users and webinar attendees into paying clients through discovery sessions, tailored demonstrations, diligent follow-up work, and closing actions.
Outbound Prospecting: Open fresh client acquisition channels targeting private practices, medical centers (MVZs), professional bodies, and trade events through direct contact over phone, email, and LinkedIn.
Build the Sales Playbook: Test outreach methods, refine email templates, build objection-handling guides, and establish systematic sales operations while managing an active deal pipeline with absolute precision.
Full-Funnel Ownership: Establish, monitor, and achieve major sales targets, conversion rates, and revenue milestones alongside the Commercial Engine Lead.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside Marketing to refine target segments and messaging strategies; build engaging sales collaterals and case studies.
Product Feedback Loop: Provide structured field intelligence and user feedback directly to Product and engineering teams to help eliminate sales bottlenecks and align software features with client requirements.
Requirements
Must-Haves:
Experience: 3–5+ years of proven professional background selling B2B SaaS or Digital Health solutions with consistent quota achievement.
Languages: Native-level fluency in German (C2) for flawless client interactions, alongside strong professional English communication (B2+).
Prospecting Mindset: Strong outbound sales mindset comfortable with high-volume outreach (up to 40 daily calls) and flexibility to hold client meetings during evening hours (5:00 PM – 7:00 PM) when practitioners are available.
Domain Credibility: Skilled at establishing trust, rapport, and clinical authority with psychotherapists, physicians, and healthcare practitioners.
Systems & Data Driven: Highly skilled in CRM software, sales automation tools, funnel tracking, and analytical sales execution.
Entrepreneurial Ambition: Eagerness to build a sales engine from the ground up rather than depending on existing inbound volume or dedicated SDR support.
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience selling into private practices, healthcare professionals, or within the German statutory healthcare system (Kassenärztliche Vereinigung / KV).
Professional medical license, clinical credentials, or background in mental health and psychotherapy.
Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, modern outreach tooling, and digital growth marketing funnels (webinars, automated product trials).
What We Offer
Impactful Mission: Expand adoption of an AI tool currently utilized by over 2,000 therapists every day to minimize administrative burnout and improve patient outcomes.
Autonomy & Ownership: Generous freedom to refine processes, establish sales playbooks, and help mold our entire revenue strategy in a high-growth environment.
Attractive Package: Competitive base salary (€50,000–€90,000 depending on background), lucrative uncapped variable pay, and company stock options.
Flexibility: Work fully remote from any location within Germany under stable employment terms.
Fast-Paced Environment: Direct exposure to company founders, flat organizational structures, quick decision-making paths, and strong career progression pathways as we scale.
