Audit Revenue · Remote from Kenya · Freelance contract · Start: November 2026

About us

Audit Revenue is a RevOps consulting firm based in Paris. We help B2B companies structure their revenue engine: CRM architecture, Sales Ops processes, data quality, automation and AI workflows. Our clients range from SaaS scale-ups to multi-business groups.

Part of our Ops team already works remotely from Kenya, alongside the Paris team.

The role

You join the RevOps & Automation team as a freelance specialist and take over operational work on several client accounts. You report to our Operations & Revenue Project Manager in Paris, who leads the client relationship. You own the execution: CRM configuration, data, automation, reporting and process documentation.

This is not a pure technical role. Everything we build serves a sales team: more qualified leads, shorter sales cycles, better forecasts, less admin for salespeople. We are looking for someone who understands how a B2B sales organisation works and why each piece of work matters for revenue, not just how to configure a tool.

What you'll do

  • Understand the client's sales environment: how their team sells, who the buyers are, where deals get stuck, and translate that into CRM and process requirements.

  • CRM configuration (mainly HubSpot): properties, pipelines, workflows, views and permissions, following the architecture we design with the client.

  • Automation and AI: build workflows in Make, Zapier or n8n that connect the CRM to other tools, and use AI to take repetitive work off sales teams: lead qualification and scoring, call summaries, meeting briefs, follow-up drafts, data enrichment.

  • Data work: imports, deduplication, normalisation (phone numbers, company identifiers), and cleanup of client databases.

  • Dashboards and reporting: build and maintain sales dashboards (pipeline, conversion funnel, renewals) and recurring reports, and explain what the numbers mean for the business.

  • Enrichment and prospecting lists: build and enrich contact lists with tools such as Apollo, FullEnrich and Lemlist.

  • Process documentation: write clear guides so that anyone in the team or at the client can reuse what you built.

Who we're looking for

  • Business understanding first: you know how a B2B sales team works (lead, deal, pipeline stages, conversion, renewal, forecast) and you can link a CRM or automation choice to its impact on revenue. Experience in sales, sales development or Sales Ops is a strong plus.

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in Sales Ops, RevOps or CRM administration, ideally for B2B companies or as a consultant.

  • Hands-on HubSpot skills; a HubSpot certification is a plus. Salesforce or Pipedrive experience is welcome.

  • Automation and AI: you have already built workflows with Make, Zapier or n8n, and you use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude or similar) in your daily work. Experience calling APIs or building AI-powered workflows is a strong plus.

  • Comfortable with data: Excel or Google Sheets (lookups, pivot tables), CSV imports, cleaning large datasets.

  • Excellent written and spoken English.

  • Autonomous and organised: you manage several tasks in parallel, meet deadlines and flag blockers early.
