Financial Analyst

About the Role: 

The Corporate Financial Analyst will support all aspects of the expense cycle. This role, an exciting new addition to the Finance team, sits at the intersection of traditional accounting, business operations, and financial analysis. This role will be responsible for expense forecasting, Budget v Actual analysis, and financial reporting, along with driving automation and integrations. The Corporate Financial Analyst will assist in the recurring financial reporting process, as well as ad hoc requests to support Board and management reporting. This is a highly visible role that will lead to the creation of a world-class finance team at digital.ai.

What you will do:

• Perform financial analysis and forecasting according to established insight with the ability to communicate internally
• Assist in annual corporate and quarterly department level budgeting
• Collaborate with operations, accounting, and senior leadership to share and record financial insights
• Provide analytical support to senior leadership
• Leverage routine data analysis to determine the financial impact of proposed business initiatives
• Prepare and coordinate various weekly, monthly, and year-end analyses, reports, and financial reports for management review
• Participate in meetings providing analysis that recognizes both successes and opportunities in the area
• Build and maintain financial dashboards for various internal users

What you will bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3+ years of progressive accounting and/or finance experience in high-growth environments
• Experience in financial reporting for executive and senior leadership level audience
• Knowledge of accounting to navigate financial statements
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with ability to build sustainable and scalable models
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritization skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• NetSuite and Adaptive experience preferred

The current salary range for this specific job is estimated to be $75,000 – 85,000 base. Please note that final compensation will be determined based on factors such as qualifications, experience, and internal equity. Certain positions at Digital.ai might also be eligible for additional compensation in the form of bonuses, or other employee benefits which are separate from the base salary and to be defined at offer stage.
